Arsenal TV Online recently showed the first team in the throes of training in their Austrian camp, getting their fitness levels up in time for the start of the new Premier League season.

My eyes almost popped out when I saw Wenger in full flow, doing the same exercises as the players - the clip lasted around 7 minutes, and I was mersmerised for the duration of the clip!

Next clip shown was of Arsenal TV Online's in-house reporter Kevin Mitchell covering the fitness of Wenger, and letting on that Wenger had been cycling to and from training camp, whilst the players had taken the luxury option of travelling between the training ground and their hotel by taking coach!

That's what I call a true leader of men.
